Utilizing Internet marketing for real estate would give them a broader area to cover as they could view the homes online rather than just a local representation of properties. Conversely if one wants to sell their property a wider scope of people would be able to view the property for sale in a virtual tour and it could reach people around the world.
Because of the far-reaching capabilities of the Internet both agents and clients would have greater exposure to more people who would possibly be buyers as well as sellers.
As an agent looking for new leads, then Internet would be a better way to network instead of direct mail. It is a more cost effective and reliable way to track leads as well.
