Twitter
A company creates beautifully crafted sachets made from French lavender and lace. Being that Twitter is one of the fifty most visited sites and the third most used social network on the internet it would be a great place to send short messages about new products being released.
It is limitless in the ways that people can be reached, from cell phones to computers I can send out a little Tweet and it can be read by many followers.
Twitter is a good way to announce special sales and live events or webinars and articles of interest that pertain to the business. There is little cost in this type of advertising saving the company money. It is a pure communications tool.

If I were to create a business that would benefit from search engine optimization, I would start a blog. Simple? Yes. Cheap? Sure. Effective? You bet. My blog would offer reviews of current political events, movies and art. In order to put SEO to work for my blog, I would determine the types of keyword searches potential readers would be entering in to a search engine, i.e. “reviews on Valentine’s Day movie”, and create blogs that speak to those keywords. I would make sure to utilize keywords in copy and tags to draw in readers. I would also seek to be seen as a consistent, reliable voice on current events so as to be linked to by other sites, to further draw traffic and raise search engine ranking.
Through these easy SEO practices, I would be sure to garner attention, increased readership, and just maybe, a few advertisers for my blog.

Twitter has proven to be an effective tool in the internet marketer’s repertoire. There are many reasons why it should be incorporated into an ad campaign, here are two benefits that are of the utmost importance. Private tweets can a form of readership restriction; in other words, by advertising the Twitter account in other mediums, the company could inform the general viewers that only followers of the account will receive special offers and coupons for member-only savings. The basic interface with simplistic messages reach an audience of enormous size, which increases the company’s exposure by generating more sales as Twitter users notice company-related tweets on their friends’ pages.
