Benefits of Using Social Media

Facebook

Say my company sells a new type of yogurt drink and the best way to sell it is to taste it. Getting the message out over a Social Network like Facebook would reach many people and it could incorporate a link to my website for a coupon to try the product for free.

There is no cost to advertise so the money that is spent on giving away free product, for a limited time, would balance out or even cost less.

People love to recommend things to their friends and family so when the reviews start coming in the word is out on the product and its popularity spreads like wildfire.

Using the power of socialization word of mouth marketing reaches people you don’t even know which gives more exposure about a product that otherwise might have been a small niche product.

SEO can help patient's find medical cannabis

I would like to start a medical-cannabis friendly tea lounge. I would implement a SEO strategy aimed at getting my company’s website indexed. Through the use of keywords that revolve around the medicinal side of cannabis, I would attract patients who would have the necessary paperwork required to enjoy our services, while alerting the general public of a new tea experience in the city of San Francisco. I’d set up a blog, which would discuss cannabis news regarding dispensaries. This should draw the attention of other industry websites (namely dispensaries) which would pick up on my website through their own bots.

SEO offers a lot to a website
